COMPANY POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, baked, peeled & grated or 1 (24 oz.) bag frozen hash browns
1/4 c. melted butter
1 bunch green onions
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. shredded colby or cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (NOTE: If using frozen hash browns, you can mix all ingredients together while potatoes are still frozen. Makes 2 to 3 days ahead and store covered in refrigerator. Hash browns will thaw slowly. Serves 10 to 12.
