MARILYN'S SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach
1 can bean sprouts
5 oz. can water chestnuts
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c mushrooms, sliced
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. bacon drippings
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Toss together salad ingredients. Simmer dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
