SPICY BAKED BEANS 
2 slices bacon
2 tbsp. diced green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can pork and beans
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. catsup
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. dark brown sugar

Fry bacon; reserve 2 teaspoons drippings. Saute green pepper and onions in drippings 2 minutes. Add beans, mustard, catsup, and sugar; mix well. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Crumble bacon and stir into beans.
