SPICY CAJAN SAUSAGE AND BEANS 
1/2 lb. Cajan style or hot Italian sausage, sliced
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Cajan style stew tomatoes
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. thin sliced green pepper

In skillet, cook meat, onion, garlic and green pepper until onion is tender; drain. Add tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce and chili powder. Cook over medium heat 25 minutes or until desired consistency. Serve with rice. 4-6 servings.
