FATHERS DAY CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges and juice
1/2 c. oil

ICING:

1 lg. size Cool whip
1 lg. crushed pineapple and juice
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding

Blend cake mixture with mixer. Bake at 350 degrees until sides turn loose; use 3 cake pans then freeze (or sheet cake pan and slice into 2 layers then freeze).

Ice with icing. Keep in refrigerator. Excellent for freezing.

Freeze before icing.
