POTATOES SUPREME 
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, not shredded type
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cube butter
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Combine all of the above. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9"x13" pan for 1 1/2 hours.
