TEAM POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (shredded type)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. sour cream
2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. onion, chopped

TOPPING:

2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter

Thaw hash browns; mix rest of ingredients. Stir in all of hash browns. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with Corn Flakes mixed with butter. Bake for 45 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 servings.

This is a favorite of the basketball players when they come for dinner.
