FAMILY WHOLE-WHEAT PANCAKES | |
3/4 c. whole wheat flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. honey 1 c. milk (whole milk or buttermilk) 1 tbsp. oil 1 egg, beaten Mix the dry ingredients together in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Add milk mixture to flour mixture, and stir just until moistened (any lumps will disappear during cooking). Pour by spoonfuls into oiled skillet. When bubbles come to the top, flip over. They are finished when they turn a light brown. |
