2 lbs. hamburg
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
Pinch basil
6 slices ham
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 c. tomato juice
Pinch parsley
Salt & pepper
1 1/2 c grated Mozzarella cheese

Combine all ingredients but ham and cheese. Pat in rectangle like a jelly roll. Cover with ham and cheese. Roll up and wrap with foil. Chill for 1 hour. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Open foil. Add 1/2 cup more cheese. Return to oven 10 minutes to melt cheese.
