FRIED CHICKEN MICROWAVE 
2/3 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer chicken

Combine mix, paprika, salt, pepper. Then coat chicken. Arrange chicken pieces, skin side up on a dish with thickest parts toward edge. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high 10 minutes. Then rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until done, 8 to 12 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
