ASPARAGUS GOLDEN ROD 
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 to 1 cup of milk
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
Asparagus
Toast
Boiled egg for garnish

Make a cream sauce, mix flour and butter until blended. Add milk and mustard; stir over low heat until thickened. Put asparagus on toast and top with sauce. Garnish with boiled egg.
