GLASS CANDY 
2 c. sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. food color
1/2 tsp. cinnamon oil

CAUTION: Keep face away from mixture when adding oil. This will burn your face and eyes.

Boil first 3 ingredients together to 310 degrees on candy thermometer. Add 1/2 teaspoon food color and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon oil (see above). Stir together. Pour onto large buttered cookie sheet. Cut as cools or break when cold.
