SPICY SANDWICH LOAF
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh best)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 lb. thinly sliced ham
1/4 lb. thinly sliced salami (casing removed)
1/4 lb. thinly sliced Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and green peppers; cook stirring often until tender. Set aside.

On a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, press dough into a 10x13 inch rectangle. Layer ham, salami, cheese and pepperoni down center of dough; top with mushrooms and green peppers.

Fold sides of dough over filling, lapping edges. Turn seam side down; pinch ends together and tuck under to seal.

Cover and let rise in warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until doubled in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Yield: 8-10 servings.
