EUROPEAN POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes
3 green onions (chopped with tops)
1 lemon (juice of)
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. McCormick's garlic salt
1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

Wash potatoes, boil in jackets until tender. Set aside to cool.

Mix remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. When cool, remove potato jackets. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes and add to mixing bowl. Toss lightly to coat potatoes. Chill several hours or overnight. Toss again before serving.
