WALKING POTATO SALAD 
4 med. potatoes, cooked until tender, diced
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
2 onions, chopped fine
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tsp. mustard
Sweet salad pickle cucumbers (to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
4 lg. green peppers, cut off top and save the cap, clean membrane from peppers

Mix all ingredients (except peppers) very well, fill the peppers and top with the cap.

Great to carry to picnics, at serving time, cut into 2 halves.
