EGG CUSTARD III 
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine 1 cup sugar, flour and nutmeg. Beat 4 egg yolks and 2 egg whites. Add to dry ingredients. Beat well. Add milk, stir in melted butter. Pour in crust and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer. To make meringue, beat remaining 2 egg whites and 2 tablespoons sugar. Spread on custard and brown.
