SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Mushrooms (optional)
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. hamburger or sausage
2 to 3 c. spaghetti sauce
Olives (optional)

Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir into hot spaghetti the butter, Parmesan cheese, and eggs. Form this mixture into a crust in buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of spaghetti crust. Fry hamburger and or sausage. Drain excess fat. Stir in your favorite spaghetti sauce. Pour meat mixture into spaghetti crust. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 more minutes or just until the cheese melts. Do not overbake! Let set 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
