TURNIPS AU GRATIN 
6-8 turnips, peeled and sliced thin
4 onions, peeled and sliced thin

Layer in dish:

1. 1/2 turnips

2. all onions

3. other 1/2 turnips

Cover with: 2 c. Swiss cheese 1/2 c. Parmesan

Beat 6 eggs in bowl. Add 2 cups white wine. Pour over and bake immediately 1 hour or more in oiled 9x13 pan.
