GHOST CHOCOLATE CUPS | |
1 pkg. Jell-O chocolate instant pudding milk (amount per pkg. pudding) 1/2 tub Cool Whip, thawed and divided 10 to 12 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed and divided In a large bowl, mix pudding and milk together. Beat with a whisk about 1 minute. Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping and 1/2 of the crushed cookies. Evenly divide in individual custard cups (5 or 6) or juice glasses (5 or 6), a tablespoon of the crushed cookie, the pudding mixture, another layer of cookies. Place a dollop of Cool Whip by spoonful on the cookie crumbs to create a ghost head. With three cookie crumbs, make two eyes and a nose on the dollop of Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
