VIOLET PUNCH 
Violet blossoms, handful
2 oranges
2 bottles white wine
4 tbsp. sugar
1 bottle champagne

Put handful of violet blossoms without stems, with orange juice and white wine into punch bowl. Let sit for several hours. Pour through sieve. Dissolve sugar by boiling. After cooling add to punch and put punch on ice. Shortly before serving add sparkling wine.
