GOLDEN CHICKY NUGGETS 
3 whole chicken breasts (or 6 halves), boned & skinned
1 c. finely chopped cracker crumbs
2 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt, depending on taste
3 tsp. accent
1 1/2 sticks melted butter

Cut raw chicken into bite-size pieces. Combine remaining ingredients except butter. Dip chicken pieces in butter, roll in cracker mixture. Bake 15 minutes on cookie sheet at 400 degrees. 4 main dish servings or 6 to 8 appetizer servings.
