T.'S RED HOT CHICKEN 
4 lg. chicken breasts
Chopped red hot pepper to taste
1 stick butter
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Texas Pete

Cook chicken breasts in oven or microwave until done. Flake chicken off bone into large saucepan. Add butter, vinegar, Texas Pete, hot pepper and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes to merge flavors. Serve over rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
