RED CHICKEN 
3 lb. fryer chicken
2 med. onions
1/4 lb. bacon
1 sm. bottle catsup
4 boiled eggs

Cook chicken in water until tender. Fry bacon and crumble. Take up bacon and cook onions until tender. Add cooked and cut up chicken. Add water from chicken and cornstarch to thicken a little. Add catsup and sliced eggs on top. Pour over cooked rice.
