LITTLE RED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lb. fryer
1/2 c. sliced onions
1/2 c. sliced bell peppers
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 3/4 c. tomato puree
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place cut up chicken in baking pan. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with noodles or buttered rice.
