1 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cooking oil
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp. sucaryl
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. frozen concentrate orange juice

Mix and sift dry ingredients (except cream of tartar) thoroughly (several times). Make well in mixture. Add oil, unbeaten yolks, orange juice and sucaryl solution. Beat until smooth.
