1, 2, 3 LAYER DESSERT 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/4 c. flour

Mix together. Pat in 9 x 12 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 carton (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together and spread on baked crust.

1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding

Mix pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk and beat 3 minutes. Put on top of cream cheese layer.

Repeat with instant chocolate pudding mix.

Top with rest of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate.
