AUNT EL'S PINEAPPLE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix all the above ingredients except the pineapple and cook until thick. Drain pineapple and add to the filling. Pour into crust. Beat egg whites adding 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
