THREE HOUR OVEN ROAST 
2 - 3 lb. chuck roast
Sliced onion, to lay on top
Cut up carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
2 tsp. Gravy Master
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. parsley

For gravy, combine soup, water, Gravy Master, garlic salt, onion salt and parsley. Pour over meat and onions. Bake at 350 degrees. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and cover. Don't open for 3 hours.
