DIETER'S DIP 
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
3 tbsp. minced dill pickle

Place all ingredients in a blender container. Blend on high speed until smooth. If a thinner texture is desired, add 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours. 1 cup serving.

Variation: Different herbs or spices, and 1/4 teaspoon curry powder may be used.
