COUNTRY CHICKEN CHOWDER 
1 onion (1/2 c.), chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans condensed chicken noodle soup
1 soup can water
1 can cream style corn
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Saute onion in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients, except parsley. Heat to boil. Serve topped with parsley. Serves about 8.
