FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (17 oz.) tube slice and bake refrigerator cookies
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. water or pineapple juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/8 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt

FRUIT:

Bananas
Strawber ries
Blueberries
Fresh peaches
Pineapple
Oranges
Canned maraschino cherries
Canned pears
Grapes

Let cookie dough soften, spread on 14-inch pizza pan or 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan or use Teflon or regular cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and 1/2 cup granulated sugar. Spread on cooled cookie crust.

Use any fruit you want, canned, fresh, or frozen. Arrange fruit, cut or sliced, in a design on the cream cheese mixture.

Bring water or pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, cornstarch, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt to a boil, cook 1 minute. Cool. Place cooled glaze over the pizza. Refrigerate. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
