PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. brown sugar
Cherries

In a heavy skillet with a tight-fitting lid, melt butter. Add sugar and stir until combined. Arrange pineapple slices on bottom of pan with a cherry in the middle of each ring.
