UPSIDE-DOWN PINEAPPLE CAKE 
6 tbsp. butter
1 (#2) can pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple (2 1/2 c.)
Maraschino cherries
California walnut halves or pecans
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
1 box white cake mix (Betty Crocker Super Moist, pudding in the mix)

Use the alternative recipe on the back of the cake mix, which is: 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. water 3 whole eggs

TOPPING: Melt butter. Then put in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
