PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple slices, cut into halves
Maraschino cherries
Pecan halves
1 yellow cake mix

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter on bottom of iron skillet. Sprinkle brown sugar over it evenly. Arrange pineapple halves; place cherries in middle of halves and pecans all around over sugar. Mix cake as directed on box; pour over fruit mixture. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Turn out on plate.
