MEXICAN QUICHE 
1 pie crust
1 can whole chilies (Old El Paso)
6 slices bacon, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1 c. light cream
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of ground nutmeg

Pour in pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
