MEXICAN QUICHE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
10 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Dash salt
1 (8 oz.) can green chilies, chopped & drained
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese

Lightly butter 9 x 13 inch oven proof dish. Beat eggs slightly in bowl. Add flour, baking powder and salt, blend. Add 1/2 cup melted butter, green chilies, cottage cheese and grated cheese. Mix until blended.

Pour in oven proof dish and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees and 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.
