CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
Meat from 1 cooked chicken
2 cans condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. Best Foods mayonnaise (do not substitute)
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. sherry (optional)
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Thaw and drain broccoli. Arrange in 9x13 inch pan. Cut chicken in large bite-size pieces and place over broccoli. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sherry and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese, then crumbs and drizzle with butter on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour until bubbly and hot.
