CHIX BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli or 2 bunches fresh broccoli
2 c. sliced cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Cook broccoli in salted water until tender. Drain. Arrange broccoli in buttered baking dish. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, sour cream, 1 1/2 cups cheese, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serves 6-8. 9 x 13 pan.
