CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen broccoli or asparagus (can use fresh)
6 cooked chicken breasts
3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. sherry
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Arrange cooked broccoli in 9x13 inch pan. Cut chicken in large bite size pieces and place over broccoli. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sherry and pour over broccoli and chicken. Then sprinkle with cheese, then crumbs and drizzle the melted butter over the top. Bake covered at 350 degrees about 1 hour, until bubbly and very hot.
