SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. raw pork sausage (Italian sausage may be used.)
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. water

Combine all ingredients and roll into walnut size balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden. Makes around 100 balls. These can be made ahead, frozen and cooked just before serving. An easy "party" dish.
