TUNA CASSEROLE 
Noodles
1 can tuna, drained
Velveeta cheese, sm. box

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk

Boil noodles and drain. Add tuna, breaking in small bits. Cut Velveeta cheese into small bits and add, stir after each addition. Add white sauce and blend well. (Or add Velveeta to white sauce, stir until melted, then add to noodles.) Cook at 250-300 degrees for approximately 20-30 minutes. Serve with cabbage salad.
