TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2-3 c. white sauce
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 slice any kind cheese
1 1/2 c. frozen peas
2-3 carrots, diced small
Cooked noodles
1 can tuna

While noodles are cooking, prepare white sauce. When white sauce is thick add cheese slice. Stir until melted and blended in. Stir in peas, diced carrots (uncooked) and tuna. Heat thoroughly. Mix with hot cooked noodles. Turn into casserole or serving dish. I like this because the uncooked carrots add crunch and color.
