SOFT TACOS 
6 to 12 corn tortillas
Guacamole
Cooked roast pork, diced or shredded
Canned refried beans, heated
Chopped onions or green onions
Cilantro sprigs
Diced tomatoes
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Bottled or canned chile salsa
Sour cream (optional)

Heat tortillas on lightly greased griddle or skillet until pliable. Place hot tortillas in napkin-lined basket or other container. Place guacamole, meat and refried bean in serving dishes next to tortillas. Arrange onions, cilantro, tomatoes, cheese, salsa and sour cream in separate bowls. Spread guacamole on tortillas first, then add meat and beans. Top with condiments as desired and fold tortilla around contents.
