QUAKER'S TANTALIZING BAKED
CHICKEN
 
1 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned), uncooked
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place dry ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl; cover. Blend or process about one minute, stopping occasionally to stir. Coat chicken pieces with oat mixture; dip into milk, then again into oat mixture. Place in 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan; drizzle with butter. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with fork. 6 servings.
