TANTALIZING BAKED CHICKEN 
1 c. oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (2 1/2 - 3 1/2 oz.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place dry ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl; cover. Blend or process about 1 minute, stopping occasionally to stir. Coat chicken pieces with oat mixture; dip into milk. Coat again with oat mixture. Place in 15"x10" jelly roll pan; drizzle with butter. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork.
