SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked squash
1/4 stick butter
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. canned milk
2 c. buttered cracker or bread crumbs
9 x 12 greased baking dish

Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and light brown. Serves 6-8.
