1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 lg. Nestles milk chocolate bars
1 pkg. crushed pecans

Put 1/2 pecans in bottom of 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan, then 1/2 chocolate bars broken up over pecans. Cook butter and sugar together, stirring all the time over high fire until a saddle tan color (approximately 5 minutes). Add butter and sugar mixture to top of nuts and bars. Top with remaining chocolate bars and pecans. Chill.
