BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk

Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten eggs, flour and vanilla; beat well. Blend all together before adding buttermilk. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Cook 35 minutes at 250°F or 300°F.
