1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
2/3 c. buttermilk

Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add eggs, vanilla and salt, beating well. Add the buttermilk. Pour into deep-dish unbaked pie crust.

Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 352°F.
