LOW CHOLESTEROL WAFFLES | |
4 egg whites or 2 whole eggs 2 c. non-fat milk or evaporated ski milk 1 c. oat bran cereal 1 c. self-rising flour 1 tsp. baking powder 3 tbsp. vegetable oil Mix all ingredients in a container and pour onto the waffle iron. Bake each about 5 minutes. |
